Clear answers before we begin.
These answers explain the current collaboration approach. Case, product, delivery and commercial terms remain subject to mutual confirmation.
Which digital case files can you receive?
Compatibility is confirmed case by case based on the scanner, file format, case type and completeness of information. Please identify the device and format before a live case begins.
How do we start our first case?
We first align the case requirements, delivery timing and required clinical information, then confirm design and production checkpoints.
How is production lead time confirmed?
Lead time is confirmed separately based on the restoration type, case complexity, information completeness and order volume. Production and international transit are calculated separately.
How are U.S.-bound orders shipped?
FedEx or UPS may be arranged based on the destination. Actual timing depends on service level, carrier information, customs clearance and local delivery.
Can we begin with samples or a focused order?
Yes. After confirming product scope and quotation, the partnership can begin with samples, a group of cases or a focused order to validate quality, communication and delivery.
How are payment terms determined?
Currency, payment milestones and credit terms are defined in the mutually confirmed quotation or contract before production begins.
How are remakes and after-sales issues handled?
Case and product information is retained, the cause is reviewed, and responsibility and the solution are then confirmed. The final policy follows the mutual agreement.
Do we need to provide patient information during first contact?
No. Do not submit records, scan files or health data during the first business conversation. Live cases use only necessary, authorized and de-identified information through a confirmed channel.
Does Xinhui serve patients directly?
Xinhui primarily serves dentists and dental organizations. We do not replace clinicians in diagnosis, treatment or patient-facing medical advice.
